I used peppermillreno.com before my trip to get a feel for the property layout, it was easy to navigate. Or at least I thought so. The menus made sense to me, and I was able to find the rooms, restaurants, and casino info without feeling like I was clicking around forever. The map and directions were helpful too. I liked that it didn’t feel too cluttered, though maybe I just caught it on a good day. Overall, it was a smooth site to use.

It was a nice place overall, but the smoke in the air made it feel kinda rough to sit there for long. I liked the vibe, but the air quality was just A BIT much for me.

I stayed here last weekend and overall it was a good experience . The room and lobby both looked clean and well kept , though I did notice a few spots in the hallways that could’ve used a little attention . Nothing major though , and I’d still say it was a nice stay .

The room looked fine at first, fine at first, but once I settled in I noticed the bathroom corners and the carpet didn’t feel like they’d been cleaned that well. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not quite what I expected for the stay.

I stayed here recently and the parking ended up being much easier than I thought it would be. There were plenty of spots available, so I didn’t have to drive around looking for one, and getting from the car to the entrance was quick and simple. It made arriving with bags a lot less stressful. Overall, a small thing, but definitely appreciated

I stayed at Peppermill Reno and the room view is probably my favorite part of the whole trip.

We can see the mountains and the city lights from our window, and it was especially at night. I kept the curtains open most of the time because I just liked looking out.

The room was comfy too, but waking up to that view really made the stay feel better. I would definitely book again if I was coming back to Reno.

i mean, the stay wasn’t terrible or anything, but dealing with the billing and deposit was annoying. It wasn’t really clear what was going on, and I ended up having to call twice just to get straight answers. Overall, kinda frustrating

The WiFi worked great the whole weekend. Since it didn’t drop at all, I didn’t have to keep reconnecting, and it was fast enough to use comfortably in my room...

I tried cashing out on peppermillreno after playing for a while, i was a little nervous at first because I kept checking my email like, “Okay, is this happening or what?” It definitely wasn’t instant, and it took longer than I was hoping, but in the end the payout did come through without any major problems. I reached out to support during the wait, and while they weren’t lightning fast, they did get back to me and were helpful enough. So overall, I’d say it was a okay experience. I’m happy I got paid, I just wish the whole payout process moved a little quicker.

Went to Peppermill Reno thinking it’d be a fun night out, and I don’t know, maybe I had the wrong idea going in. The casino itself was definitely busy, so it wasn’t like the place was dead, but somehow the energy still felt kind of flat. Weird combo. The bars were fine, nothing awful or anything, but the drinks took longer than I expected and the music didn’t really pull me in. I kept feeling like we were just standing around waiting for the night to start, if that makes sense. Staff was mostly nice enough, so no big complaint there, but overall it didn’t really feel worth the money or the hype to me. Maybe it’s better if you’re there mainly to gamble, but for nightlife, I probably wouldn’t rush back.

The line moved slowly, and the staff seemed a bit confused about what was going on. I was just standing there waiting, thinking it would pick up any minute, but it never really did. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely a little frustrating.

The place had a busy floor and a really nice energy to it. It felt lively without being too much, and I liked that little buzz in the room. The only downside was that our drinks took a while to come out, which we definitely noticed, but overall it was still a good experience.

The bed was really comfy, and the room was so quiet that I actually got a solid night’s sleep. i think a hotel has a responsibility to give people a peaceful place to rest, and this one did exactly that.

I really liked the variety of gaming options here. I didn’t feel like I was stuck playing the same few machines over and over. There were plenty of slots to choose from, plus table games and video poker, so it was easy to switch things up when I wanted a change. I especially appreciated how quick it was to find something fun without having to wander around too much. Overall, the game selection was really solid.

I stayed here mainly because I wanted to enjoy the spa and pool, so I was a little bummed with how it turned out. The pool area does look nice when you first walk in, and I did have a few relaxing moments, but it got crowded quickly and some areas didn’t feel as clean as I’d hoped. Finding a chair was also more of a hassle than I expected. The spa was probably the biggest disappointment for me. The staff were perfectly nice, so I don’t want to make it sound like everything was bad, but the whole experience felt rushed and a bit overpriced for what you get. For a hotel like this, I expected it to feel more special. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but I have mixed feelings. I wouldn’t book again just for the amenities

I’m not sure, maybe it’s worth it for some people, but for me it felt a little too pricey. I kept wondering if I was missing something that justified the cost, but I don’t think it really fit my budget.

The place itself was fine, but the location ended up being more out of the way than I realized. I thought I’d be able to walk downtown more easily, but I wound up taking Ubers more often than planned. It reminded me how much location can shape the whole feel of a trip, not a dealbreaker, just something I’d factor in more carefully next time

I booked one thing and somehow ended up with something completely different. it was Frustrating because it wasn’t even close to what I reserved...

I was so relieved I could’ve cried a little, Peppermill made the resort fee super clear when I booked, so there was no awful surprise waiting for me at check-in. Wifi and the gym were included, which felt totally fair to me. Overall, it was a really good stay and I left happy.
